Changes to Visual arts in Universidad de Chile

In this career, many skills, required real changes, that for some time now they have been.

many people think here all is good or maybe they believe all over is working, but it is not a fact.

In first time, the curriculum in this career is old, maybe this subjects needs be check and conduct to present time and connect with practices more close at us time and technology, I think missing a bit of investment in arts in Chile in special in the art academy of University of Chile, this condition, the poor value to assign in this area is depressing. Maybe Chile can be make the difference if just start to care the cultural and artistic heritage.

In my subject, us need to conserve ancient technician traditions, from engrave of seventy century, but now, is necessary have a strategic thinking which will improve our opportunities in the real world, although is most important in fact teach to direct the education in this direction. 

it is known that art  education is not principal in educational program, but it is a bad joke, because art is one of the mostly founts of monetary resources and culture. I believe that the subject of art in Chile, especially in education, needs to be worked on. I don't have the solution, but I have always believed in the value of art-based education. We just have to try it again and again until it becomes a reality.
